About Russell
Russell has been training in Taekwondo since the age of 7, competing in both UK and international tournaments. In his 20s, he trained with some of the top Taekwondo clubs in the UK and achieved his 2nd Dan Black Belt.

After having children of his own, Russell decided to create Rusty Taekwondo, a club that applies the same techniques, disciplines, and principles he has learned throughout his years of training. He has since completed his 4th Dan grading, bringing extensive experience and expertise to his students.

Rusty Taekwondo aims to engage children in fun, focused fitness classes while teaching the discipline and principles of Taekwondo. Each child is encouraged to learn and practice in a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment, building confidence, concentration, and respect along the way.
