Russell has trained since he was 7 years old and competed in UK and International tournaments, was trained to teach with top Taekwondo clubs in the UK in his 20's and achieving his 2nd Dan Black belt.

He decided after having children of his own to create a Taekwondo club which used the same techniques and disciplines he had learnt throughout his years of training. Recently completed his 4th Dan grading.

Rusty Taekwondo aims to ensure children are engaged in a fun and focused fitness class with the discipline of Taekwondo. Each child is encouraged to practice Taekwondo in a fun and controlled environment.
